Everyone needs a little bit of help now and again. If you need help with your books, here is how to invite your accountant to QBO:
Inviting Your Accountant to Access Your Books
Login to QBO as an admin user
Gear icon
Manager Users
Click the "Accounting Firms" tab
Invite
Enter the accountants First Name, Last Name, and email address they have provided you
Save
This will send your accountant an invitation email. Once they accept the invitation, they will be able to access your account as an admin user.
ProTip: Ask your accountant for the email address they would like you to enter. The email address they use for communication may not be the one linked to their QBO Accountant account.
ProTip2: Let your accountant know when you have sent the invitation. Sometimes the invitations will go to their spam folder and they will not see the email.
